Vital Recovery Services (VRS) has acquired the clients of Nations Recovery Center (NRC). VRS is a nationally licensed third-party collection agency that was founded in Atlanta in 2002. VRS was acquired by Fusion CX Group (Fusion CX) in 2016.
NRC was founded in Atlanta in 1991 and has been providing debt collection services to clients in the banking, commercial, medical, and retail service industries. Acquisition of the NRC client base is part of VRS’s strategy to grow through acquisition in the collections industry. The transaction represents the 10th acquisition of Fusion CX group.
