KOLKATA, India – March 12, 2013 – PRLog — Xplore –Tech Services Private Limited, which owns Fusion BPO services Group, is pleased to announce the 100 % acquisition of Phocus Contact Solutions Inc., a Montreal-based provider of outsourced contact center solutions to customers in North America.
