Fusion BPO Services qualifies in 3 categories for the Contact Center World Awards 2015

Fusion BPO Services is honoured to announce that it has qualified for the Best Contact Center, Best in Customer Service and Best Outsourcing Partnership Categories in the Contact Center World Awards 2015. The awards were made in an anonymous process in order to make the judgement fair to all, and, each of the nominees was to be evaluated by an impartial panel of contact centre professionals.
