DRAPER, Utah – Jan. 16, 2019: Fusion CX, a global business process and customer engagement service leader, has acquired Ameridial Inc. – a US-based leading contact center outsourcer. Effective January 2019, the Ameridial team will join the Fusion CX family and operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary.

They were founded in 1987 and serve clients in the Healthcare, Direct-to-Consumer, Non-Profit, and Government sectors. Ameridial has over 800 employees who care deeply about making a difference in each client’s business. The company has worked with some of the biggest brands across various industries, helping clients strengthen their brand and business model.
