Vital Recovery Services has acquired the clients of Nations Recovery Center. VRS is a nationally licensed third-party collection agency that was founded in Atlanta in 2002, became a part of the Fusion BPO Group in 2016.
Founded in Atlanta in 1991, NRC specializes in debt collection for clients in the commercial, banking, medical and retail services sectors. Acquiring the NRC client portfolio is part of a larger acquisition strategy for VRS in the collections business. This transaction marks the 10th acquisition for Fusion BPO group.
