Appoints Board Members from the areas of Chartered Accountancy, Finance, HR, and Investment & Merchant Banking

Fusion CX has been on an expansion spree for the last few months, and these appointments align with the company’s vision to strengthen its capabilities to meet the evolving needs of global businesses.

Fuelling its next phase of growth, Fusion CX has strengthened its board with the induction of the following board members:
currently serving as CFO of Senco Gold and Diamonds, having held leadership positions at Tata, Hutchison,
Reliance, Bharti Airtel, and other industry giants across retail, telecom, and manufacturing.
The company also announced the expansion of the board to include Ritesh Chakraborty, Chief Service Officer, and Bradley Call, Vice President as Executive Directors in addition to Pankaj Dhanuka, MD & CEO, and Kishore Saraogi, MD & COO.
These appointments follow Fusion CX’s recent expansion efforts.
