Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer
As Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer, Manish is responsible for strengthening the brand of Fusion CX while supporting the sales operations of the company's strategic business unit. Additionally, Manish supports Fusion CX's strategic initiatives. In this role, he reports directly to the company's board.
Before Fusion CX, he served as the Senior Vice President of Marketing at Access Healthcare and had an earlier stint as Chief Marketing Officer of the same company. During his tenure at Access Healthcare, he was responsible for implementing the company's marketing programs, supporting the company's technology transformation initiatives, and the company's organic and inorganic growth efforts. He also supported the GTM strategy of the company's finance and accounting business.
Between the two stints, he founded CMO Needs, a company focusing on outsourced marketing services. During this time, he served clientele across healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, transportation and logistics, marketing, and technology sectors.
Earlier, as Solution Architect Director at Dell Services, Manish was responsible for the Healthcare and Life Sciences (HCLS) and Insurance practice. During this tenure, he established and ran the operations of the social media listening and insights team. Additionally, he established the company's e-commerce BPO operation to support the parent company, Dell, in its sales operations. During the 15-year stint at Dell Services, he worked in various roles in marketing, sales, solution design, pricing, and communications functions. This tenure also saw the transition of the BPO business from a start-up called Vision Healthsource to its acquisition by Perot Systems and subsequent acquisition of Perot Systems by Dell.
Manish holds an MBA in Finance and Technology from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a B. Tech. in Textile Technology from Shivaji University.
