Pankaj Dhanuka, a distinguished technology, outsourcing, and engineering entrepreneur, leads Fusion CX as Co-founder and CEO. Over the years, his visionary leadership has been instrumental in shaping Fusion CX's journey and growth to become a leader in the outsourcing and customer experience transformation industry. His passion for process automation, customer-centric service delivery, and operational excellence have been vital in achieving this leadership position.

Besides Fusion CX, Pankaj's leadership extends to the engineering-centric Global Seamless Tubes and Pipes (GSTP), a fully integrated manufacturer of hot And Cold finish pipes and tubes.

With over 30 years of professional experience, Pankaj began his career at Lodha Capital Markets and UTI, later transitioning into entrepreneurship. Through his supportive and visionary leadership, he focuses on creating foundational solid processes that drive a customer-centric work culture. His ability to identify and cultivate talent has been a key to the success of Fusion CX.

Pankaj is committed to several social and philanthropic causes, including supporting economically challenged individuals and gun control. Gardening is one of his leisure pursuits, showcasing his multifaceted personality and interests.
